The goal of the Children and Parents Program is to provide opportunities for parents with children ages newborn - 5, to experience positive techniques of interacting with their children. Parents are encouraged to take advantage of the activities and ideas offered through the C.A.P. Program to help ensure that their young child has a happy and healthy childhood!
