The Accelerated Reader program was updated during the 2007-2008 school year to AR Enterprise. This is an online version of AR. Students have access to their accounts from any computer with internet capabilities. Another benefit of AR Enterprise is the quiz availability. Students have access to any Accelerated Reader quiz. You can use the AR Book Find link to the left to determine if your current novel has an AR quiz.

NMS students have been participating in the Rebecca Caudill Young Readers' Book Award program since 1988. Each year 20 of the best books for students in grades 4th through 8th are nominated for this award. Any student that reads at least 3 of these nominated titles and passes the respective AR quiz is elibible to vote for the book that they feel is deserving of this award. NMS voting will take place in late February. Remember to make sure to see Mrs. Hemrich in the media center when you become a Caudill Voter!
