Goals
Academic Achievement
- Students will improve test scores to meet AYP by next school year.
- The district will establish clear expectations for staff and administrators to assure classroom time is utilized effectively and aligned throughout the district by the 2010-2011 school year.
District Finances
- The district will develop a plan which prioritizes the programs and the scope of programs that we can sustain within our FY11 budget by July 2010.
District Facilities
- The district will implement a defined plan to insure proper inspections and facilities maintenance are performed. This plan will be in place by July 2010.
Personnel
- The district will review the current personnel evaluation tool and recommend improvements to be in place for the 2010-2011 school year.
