Library Forum

For updates, videos, and events visit the Library Forum Website at

RHS Library Forum
It's not just a book club; it's an adventure!

Founded in December 2003, the Library Forum is a supportive community of readers, writers, artists, and musicians among Robinson High School students. The Forum has grown from the idea of a single student to a school-sponsored activity.  In 2009, the Library Forum won the state-wide Highsmith Award for innovative library programming excellence.

The members determine Forum activities.  Members are encouraged to participate in as many activities as their busy schedule allows and to check the Forum website each week for updates and new video clips and comments. There are no membership fees and no fundraisers. Any RHS student who is interested in literature, culture, learning, and fun is welcome to join.

MLA/APA & Research Paper Assistance

MLA Works Cited Quick Guide: Update
The Robinson High School English Department and LTC English Department have both adopted MLA 8.  As of May 2018, several of the databases subscriptions have edited their citation generators to reflect the new formatting of MLA 8, but it is inadvisable to use them without checking the newest manual. Here is a style guide link from MLA showing their recommended core template:

MLA Paper Template
Use your teacher's recommendation for font style and size.  To open an MLA Template in GoogleDocs, click here.

MLA/APA Citation Generators -- WARNING: Generators are not 100% accurate.
A citation generator is an electronic way to input information about resources and materials you used for a report or term paper to create a works cited page (or bibliography) in an acceptable writing format with cut-and-paste ease. Use generators at your own risk. Please double-check with the citation guide provided by your instructor.
