The following action was taken at Monday night’s school board meeting:

• Amended budget hearing held at 5:15 P.M. prior to the regular board meeting. No comments were recorded.
• Consideration and approval of the 26-27 School Improvement Plan for WES (per ISBE requirements)
• Consideration and approval to renew School Health Services Agreement with Crawford County Health Department for the 26-27 school year (as needed basis)
• Consideration and approval to renew Collaborative Agreement with ERBA Head Start for the 26-27 school year
• Consideration and approval of a resolution authorizing the closing and re-establishment of the revolving/imprest funds for Fiscal Year 2027
• Consideration and approval the FY26 Amended Budget
• Consideration and approval of a Memorandum of Agreement regarding the stipend for the RHS Athletic Director
• Consideration and approval of non-certified and support staff wages for 26-27 as presented
• Consideration and approval of workers’ compensation and commercial insurance renewals for the 26-27 fiscal year
• Consideration and approval of audit services from Kemper CPA Group LLP for 2026, 2027, and 2028 annual audits
• Consideration and approval of student fees for the 26-27 school year
• Consideration and approval of cafeteria prices for the 26-27 school year
• Consideration and approval of the 26-27 Risk Management Plan for Robinson CUSD #2
• Consideration and approval of the board meeting schedule for 26-27
• Consideration and approval of the resignation of a current member of the Board of Education
