The following action was taken at Wednesday night’s school board meeting:
- The FY27 budget hearing was held at the beginning of the meeting. No comments were recorded.
- Discussion of the communication plan for the 1% County School Facilities Tax proposal.
- Consideration and approval of a written request from a certified teacher to withdraw an irrevocable letter of retirement.
- Consideration and approval to adopt the initial FY27 budget.
- Consideration and approval of a resolution authorizing the transfer of funds from the district’s Working Cash Fund to the district’s Capital Projects Fund
- Consideration and approval to set Robinson High School’s graduation for Saturday, May 15, 2027 at 3:00 P.M.
- Consideration and approval of Board Policies with recommended changes per PRESS Issue 122.

The next regular school board meeting will be Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. at Washington Elementary School. A public open house will be held before the board meeting with a time to be determined at a later date.
