In accordance to the Illinois Department of Transportation, Illinois Statute Pertaining to Safety Busing, Illinois school Code, 105 TLCS 5/29-3, Appendix C, the Unit #2 School Board of Education verifies that the conditions of the hazard zones are unchanged from approvals on July 30, 1997 by the Illinois Department of Transportation.

Copies of these approved hazard zones are on file in the Unit #2 Transportation Department, the Illinois Department of Transportation Office in Effingham, and in the Illinois School Board Office. This resolution has been approved for the 2021-2022 school year and forwarded to the State Superintendent of Education.
